Cathy Cat 3D Face Pact SPF45 PA+++ and Aqua Sun Pact SPF50+ PA+++

Erm, I don't know exactly how I ended up with both Cathy Cat's 3D Face Pact SPF45 PA+++ and the Aqua Sun Pact SPF50+ PA+++ but somehow it seems I purchased both =X

Both come in the same style of compact but the Aqua Sun Pact comes in a metallic silver case whereas the 3D Face Pact comes in a shiny black one.
Both come with 2 puffs so you can toss one after some time (I think that's convenient!).
Also there is a clear plastic flip-top in both compacts to rest the puff on and to protect the powder. Korean makeup brands are very nifty!
Another thing both products have in common is the nasty perfume. Really, it's cloying and just gives me a headache (even now while I am typing and both compacts rest beside me opened). Thankfully the scent isn't lingering long when it's on my skin

The main difference I can see is the texture/coverage and the shimmer in the 3D Face Pact. I think 3D generally means glitter in Korean makeup language lol.
It's very fine silver glitter though and it's not obvious unless you're in bright sunlight. It gives a light glowy finish though so it provides a pretty finish.

Aqua Sun Pact:

The Aqua Sun Pact has a lightweight airy feel and provides a soft matte finish. The box claims that this is cooling and water resistant (that's the only thing printed in English lol).
I love the way it feels on my skin... very lightweight and fine.
The 3D Face Pact offers a bit more coverage (a good medium coverage) and has an almost creamy feel to it.
I purchased both in color #21 which is a very light color on the slightly peachy side. Both don't turn me orange and work very well with my skin-tone. In terms of wear the Aqua Sun Pact feels lighter whereas the 3D Face Pact has a slightly more powdery feel but offers better coverage.

3D Face Pact:

All in all if these wouldn't stink so yucky they'd be close to perfect. Both compacts are good but I prefer the Aqua Sun Pact.
Each product contains 17g. I paid somewhere around 17000 Won/each.

The 3D Face Pact came with a free Glow Moisture Base SPF20 PA+ in a generous 20ml size (most face primers contain 30-40ml full-sized) so it will last me quite a while.
The base adds a very light iridescent pink sheen to my skin and really feels moisturizing. It doesn't cover at all but makes a nice smooth base. Has a light scent that's much more pleasant than the stinky granny perfume of the compacts.
