Liberta Baby Foot Easy Pack

Sorry for not posting a whole week but I went to Egypt and just came back yesterday night and I only took my ipad, not my laptop on my trip so I couldn´t blog.

As I said earlier I used the Baby Foot Easy Pack a short while ago and wanted to report on the final result.

The Baby Foot Easy Pack is a pair of plastic socks filled with a mild chemical peeling to remove all dead skin from your feet within 1-2 weeks to give you "baby-soft" soles. Just cut open, soak your clean freshly washed feet 2 hours in the lotion (your feet have to be on the floor or just slightly raised or the liquid will spill!) and then wash the liquid off.

Application was really easy though pretty much sitting still respectively just walking around carefully and slowly for 2 hours was a bit boring.

My feet looked and felt totally normal for 2 days and then the peeling process started. The skin on my feet peeled completely in just 3 days and I accelerated the peeling process with 2 daily foot soaks so I could gently wipe off the dead skin with my palms from my wet feet. I wore socks all the time even for sleeping as otherwise there would be dead skin flakes everywhere.
During the complete process there was no itchiness, pain or burning sensation involved and actually pulling that dry skin off was sort of fun hehe =P

The result is quite good, the skin on my feet is now very even and a bit softer however the thicker skin on certain parts of my feet didn´t get "baby-soft" but I will reapply the Easy Pack after picking more packets up in Hong Kong to improve this result.

Overall even though it´s a bit disgusting it was a fun and worthwhile thing to do and I will definitely use the Easy Pack again!

Check out the website here...if you like to feel disgusted check out the peeling contest pics =P But I recommend to not eat during that....
I got mine from Adambeauty.com for US$23 shipped (add US$2 for registered mail per order). There are numerous similar products out there like Beauty Foot but don´t know how they´d compare.

Baby Foot Easy Pack: Update

As you might remember (or read if you just scroll down hehe) I used a Baby Foot Easy Pack 2 1/2 days ago and today the peeling process has started! And it started fantastic, my feet look so gross and disgusting I am absolutely delighted haha =D
If you have no clue what I am talking about please check this website (and be prepared to see some gross pics if you check their Peeling Contest pics)

Don´t worry, no yucky pics in this post!

Adambeauty haul incl. Baby Foot Easy Pack

Despite going to Hong Kong in a few weeks I wanted to pick up a few goodies from Adambeauty before my trip, especially a Baby Foot Easy Pack as I wanted pretty feet before I go there (and since I can´t just order 1 thing I picked up a few other goodies as well) =P

Actually I didn´t try any of those foot peeling packs as the pics you see of feet during the process are downright disgusting! But the overall reviews online seem very good so I thought I will bear with the yuckiness for the sake of pink baby-soft feet.
If you are interested in what´s Baby Foot Easy Pack please click here! There are numerous other brands but I wanted to try the original product from Japan =)

Anyway, I used the Baby Foot Easy Pack the day before yesterday at night but so far there is nothing strange going on. The peeling process is supposed to start 2-5 days after application so I am curious how soon I will have to hide my feet with socks lol. To be honest my feet are in quite a good shape but there is some hard skin and slight sallow discoloration in certain areas so I hope to see good results soon!

A proper review will be posted in 2-3 weeks, whenever the process is finished (if it starts at all haha)

Oh and got this cute card pocket as a freebie from Yozocraft a while ago. Just think the Chinglish text is way cute hehe

Sam Tin Cracked Heel Cream

My feet are usually in a good shape with smooth skin not much callus as I moisturize them well, usually twice daily and I exfoliate them regularly.
My favorite foot cream is the 10% Urea Cream for Hands & Feet from Shiseido but I ran out of it before I left and forgot to reorder so I packed the Cracked Heel Cream from Sam Tin (a Taiwanese brand) and hoped it´d be nice, too.

The Cracked Heel Cream comes in a generous 120ml squeeze tube and costs a mere US$3 (I paid US$2.80 due to my VIP discount) on Sasa right now.

The cream has a really lovely scent, fresh and light and very pleasant. It´s a very rich and moisturizing cream which makes my feet incredibly soft and smooth. It takes time to be absorbed though so best to apply it before bedtime or in the morning before you wear socks.
I am not sure if this would be strong enough to really cure super cracked heels but I can say that it´s a fantastic foot moisturizer for daily use and will definitely help solving any dry skin issues.

This contains Tranexamic Acid, Shea Butter, Lanolin, Urea and Hyluronic Acid so this mix alone should make a potent moisturizer.

Definitely good product and highly recommended. I think the Shiseido 10% Urea Hands & Feet Cream is still even more heavy duty but this product from Sam Tin is definitely fantastic value for money and a really awesome product!

Shills Amazing Grace Foot Cream

Ah, how I love thee, Shills! I can´t explain but I am just loving that sweet but totally gimmicky brand but something is just calling my name all the time!

The Amazing Grace Foot Cream is one of those small but totally adorable items from Shills that just make me happy. This is one of the retro-look goodies =D

This stuff is solid and feels like (and mainly contains) wax which melts into my skin as I apply it and my skin gets very soft with a light silky sheen (no shimmer or so, just shine from the wax) but it doesn´t really feel moisturized to me, more a silky feeling just on the surface of the skin.

I think this is not really a foot cream but the perfect quick fix for your feet when you need to wear sandals but don´t have time to do a pedicure so this tiny tin of foot wax could be your saviour for that =)

It has a light scent, something powdery in my opinion.

This contains 30mls and costs US$6.50 on Sasa. Not the cheapest stuff in my opinion but pretty convenient to get sandal-perfect feet in a flash.

Shiseido 10% Urea Cream for Hands & Feet

I found this rather unexciting pot of cream for hands and feet in my favorite eBay shop but somehow was really interested to try this out so I got a 100g pot of this for about US$9.

This is a drugstore item from Shiseido which will usually ensure the quality is good.

This unscented cream comes in a practical pot with a flip-top cover. More convenient than the usual screw-cover pots in my opinion.

The 10% Urea Cream for Hands & Feet itself is really thick and emollient and makes my feet and hands amazingly soft.
When I apply this on my feet at night they are super smooth in the morning. It´s actually a pretty amazing product and well worth its price in my opinion.
Contains 10% Urea, hyaluronic acid and squalene.

Will definitely repurchase. Available also in a 60g squeeze tube.

Bihada Ichizoku Hand & Foot Masks

I have seen these hand and foot mask packs from Etude House a while ago but they were too expensive given the estimated shipping costs on Gmarket were for 1.1kg each so I skipped them.

A short while ago I found Adambeauty listing some cute looking foot and hand mask packs from Bihada Ichizoku so I went ahead and ordered a few pieces of each.

Each package contains 2 steps: something like a glove/sock-shaped sheet mask drenched with moisture lotion for your hands/feet and a clear plastic glove/sock to cover it as a 2nd step. All of the contents are cut very wide so they should fit any foot/hand size.

I used both masks once already and really like how soft and smooth my hands/feet got. It's recommended to leave the masks on for about 10-15 minutes but I left them on for much longer I just put normal cotton socks over the plastic sock and left it on a few hours when I was staying at home anyway.
After removing the masks I just massage the remaining liquid in.

The smooth feeling isn't that long lasting so I can't really say that the moisture supply to my skin is lasting but for an instant boost of foot/hand care this is a nice product.

The masks will set you back US$6/each if you purchase them from Adambeauty. I haven't seen them elsewhere but chances are good you'd pay even more. These are definitely a splurge but for using these 2x a month or so they are definitely worth it.
