Mistine Sexy Cheek Blush On in 01 & Giveaway!

As you might know from some of my previous posts Mistine is a Thai brand. Their products are really good and very cheap.

One item you find a lot on eBay is the Sexy Cheek Blush On, one of those stamp-on blushes you might have noticed among Korean brands.

The Sexy Cheek Blush On comes in 3 colors out of which I picked the pink one (01).
The design of this blush is really cute, I like the metallic pink facetted handle. The nice thing about this is that actually not the sponge part gets pushed inside but the blush pan so it´s easier to apply the color on the cheeks evenly than some other brands I have tried.

The level of pigment is sheer, it´s a pretty soft blush but 2 layers (stamped on the cheeks and blended with my fingers) gives me a pretty pink flush which shows up well.   
The finish is on the matte side, there is no shimmer I can detect.

I think this is very lightly scented but almost not detectable and it doesn´t irritate my skin. 

I don´t know for how much this retails but it´s definitely cheap, I paid around US$3 plus shipping.

Mistine Goat Milk Shower Cream

This Goat Milk Shower Cream from Mistine was the other item that arrived the day I left for my holiday trip. I popped it into my suitcase to have couple of shower gels to choose from here (the other one I brought is the Bioré Shower Cream Sakura Sensation and a sample tube of Kosé Nature & Co. Shower Gel).


The Goat Milk Shower Cream comes in a very simple pearly white bottle with a rather nuts looking goat on the sticker.
The design is quite different from other Mistine products that usually look quite colorful and pretty. I like the simple design though and the crazy goat is cute =D


This shower cream has a strong soapy scent. Not like milk, just a fresh soap smell...nothing special but not yucky either.
I would say this is a mild shower gel as even though it lathers nicely it makes my skin soft and clean but not dry or tight.

Overall a good shower cream I will be enjoying much in the next weeks.

Mistine White Spa UV White Perfumed Talc

I rarely use body powders just because they´re usually messy and just not a necessary step for me in my bodycare routine.

In summer however I find body powders to be a great thing to use under my breasts, in my armpits (layered over deodorant) around my umbilicus/belly and on my back to absorb sweat and keep me feeling fresh.


I was searching for a scented body powder for my trip (and of course from an Asian brand hehe) and stumbled across this UV White Perfumed Talc from Mistine on eBay for less than US$5 & shipping. The bottle holds a generous 200g of powder so I ordered this and hoped it´d smell nice.
I see that the eBay sellers from Thailand list tons of body powders so I assume it must be something popular in Thailand whereas generally it seems to be quite a niche product not many people seem to use (I have only seen one Japanese powder from Paul & Joe so far) and finding body powders for adults in Austria is pretty impossible! Probably those who want to use it purchase baby powder?


Anyway, to my dismay the Mistine UV White Perfumed Talc didn´t arrive until the day we left. When the postie rung just a few hours before I had to go and brought my package with my new body powder and a shower cream from Thailand I was a happy girl and I tossed both in my suitcase and was good to go =D

I like using the UV White Perfumed Talc after applying the Moisturizing Body Lotion from PDC Famy and it just is a perfect addition as it keeps me sweat-free for long time.
The powder is quite silky and applies evenly so it´s a good product all around, probably like most body powders.
What I love most is the scent! A very fresh fruity scent that´s strong but not overpowering. The scent lingers for very long time so I am not in need of an additional perfume to keep me smelling lovely all day long.

The bottle has a cap with holes which you just twist to open the holes or to close them. Very easy and convenient, sort of like a salt shaker.


This product contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B3, Titanium Dioxide, Q10, Pomegranate Extract, Pine Bark Extract, White Tea Extract, Talc and Fragrance. Please refer to the exact ingredients list here:


Overall a fantastic body powder which smells absolutely divine. I will probably buy more products from this White Spa line with Pomegranate as I suppose they will all smell the same!

Mistine Professional BB Brightening Body Lotion

As I mentioned before I ordered some more body lotions from Mistine, a cosmetics brand from Thailand (under Better Way company). i got mine from eBay where you can find plenty of Mistine items listed.

A lotion called my eye because it´s called BB Brightening Body Lotion! A BB Cream for the body sounds darn interesting. Seems the BB craze will reach all sorts of beauty brands and products allover Asia! Seriously, any brand just needs to slap a BB label on their product and I´ll buy it right away. Waiting to see BB lipsticks, eyeshadows etc. =D
Anyway, to me it turned out to be a regular body lotion but the name and bottle just are cute hehe =D


The Mistine Professional BB Brightening Body Lotion comes in a very pretty light pearl pink bottle and contains 150ml (I think there are other sizes available, too). It smells really nice, a fresh fruity scent which also lingers for a good amount of time.


The lotion has a light blue tint. I thought it might have a temporary whitening or brightening effect due to the blue color but neither on my skin-tone nor on my son´s (whom I estimate be about NC40-45 currently as he got really tan despite SPF50+ sun blocker) it did have any effect at all.
The lotion feels a little sticky right after application but this feeling vanishes about 5 minutes after the application.
It´s a lightweight lotion which spreads easily so only a little is needed for my whole body.


I can´t judge if it has a long-term whitening or brightening effect since my body skin is so white it can´t get any whiter I think haha! This contains arbutin though which is supposed to be effective in lightening.


Overall a cute and good body lotion with a lovely smell. It´s not overly outstanding or special though but I think I would repurchase this.
However Mistine has so many nice lotions to try out I´d probably buy other things first.
I will soon also review some of the other body lotions when I get the chance to use them (I purchased several other types waiting to be used when I finish something else).

Better Way Mistine White Spa Nanocollagen UV White Lotion

Woot woot! I am starting to explore Thai brands =D You know I have no limits when it comes to try out cool new Asian brands!

I was actually just searching for Kao Bioré shower gels on evilBay when I found this seller from Thailand selling the Bioré Sakura Aroma Sensation Shower Cream. I got it along with a refill and out of curiosity I also purchased this Mistine White Spa Nanocollagen UV White Lotion as it was quite cheap and looked yummy (and because I haven´t tried any Thai brands yet!).


Mistine is produced by Thai company Better Way... if you are interested you can read more about this company here.

The White Spa line offers lots of different lotions and other stuff in various sizes. I got the Nanocollagen UV White Lotion which comes in a hot pink bottle (I got the 200ml one...there are also 100ml and 500ml sizes) with a flip-top cover.

I am currently really crazy for this stuff. First off the lotion smells delicious! Sort of a coconut-musk scent, very much like holidays for me so it´s a perfect summer lotion or a pick-me-up in dreary winter days. This might sound like a cliché now but this smells like a vacation in Thailand to me (sun cream, coconuts and sandy beaches) =D The scent lingers for long time, too!
And the lotion is really lightweight but makes my skin so very soft and smooth. I only use a little but it´s enough to give me soft and scented skin for hours.
If I am not getting tired of the scent by time (which happens to me often even if I love something at first) then I´d definitely repurchase this!

I ordered a few other goodies from Mistine incl. their BB Brightening Face & Body Lotion and the Gold Caviar Lotion. I hope they´ll all make it here before I leave for Egypt after a bit less than 2 weeks!
The eBay seller have decent price for the lotions but the shipping usually is hefty =(
