Tony Moly Mini Bunny Hand Cream Sweet Pink

If you see this post on another site than lotuspalace.blogspot.com it has been stolen and used without my permission. I only allow reposts with proper credits for my work (please contact me first!)!

Tony Moly released cute little hand creams and since they were out in pretty much all the drugstores in Hong Kong, especially in Sasa stores, I had to buy one!

What made me buy this Mini Bunny Hand Cream Sweet Pink was definitely the sweet pink tube with the bunnies =D I think there was at least one other kind available but I am a pink lover..

There isn´t much to say about this hand cream: it smells nice and feels moisturizing and did I mention the tube is so cute hehe =D
If you check the ingredients below you´ll notice that there are a lot of good ingredients in this cream like shea butter, urea, banana, papaya, mango etc. etc.

I carry this along with me in my purse all the time and it´s a really nice little gem to tote around!
Just be careful, the small cover can come off easily so be sure to screw it back tightly.

Rating 5/5 as there is nothing wrong about this stuff but on the contrary, it´s really nice!

FITS Japan Sexy Girl Hand & Body Whipped Cream in Berry Parfait

Along with my most recent order from Sasa I got an item which is perfectly suited for the fall season: FITS Sexy Girl Hand & Body Whipped Cream in Berry Parfait!
In fall I used to pick fresh ripe fruits in the woods around here when I was a kid, especially raspberries and blackberries. I love berry-scented and berry-colored things so the Sexy Girl Hand & Body Whipped Cream in Berry Parfait just looked like the perfect fall treat!

It´s a rich body cream in a pretty purple jar. It contains only 100g and I got it for around US$10 on Sasa (right now everything from this brand is 20% off and things are already marked down by 25% off or so). The manufacturing date is from 2008 so I suppose they sell off the stock for cheaper as the products can´t be sold when 3 years after the manufacturing date have passed. If you want to purchase this from Sasa I recommend using it right away and not stashing it away for longer!
Anyway, my cream is perfectly fresh and fine and smells yummy of freshly picked berries! The cream has a very soft and fluffy whipped texture and is very rich and moisturizing so a little goes a long way. This is for the hands and body so if you want to enjoy it for long time I suggest using it as a hand cream rather than slapping it onto your whole body.

I love the pretty jar and sticker on top and the quality is definitely great like all products from Sexy Girl (the name is stupid, sorry!). There are other scents available, too!

Auravedic beauty products(various items)

I was contacted by Auravedic.com, offering me a set of products to test and review on my blog. I gladly took the opportunity as I always like trying new things and the Auravedic line looked really intriguing! Read about the concept behind the line here!
Of course my reviews are honest, this is not a sponsored review!

I got a pretty red box and some very gorgeous goodies all the way from Kerala, India, and i have to say I love how much attention was spent on the nice wrapping!

Auravedic doesn´t test on anirmals and has very mild formulations (the products contain amazingly little ingredients!)

The products I received are:
-Hand & Nail Treatment - Fresh Rose, 100ml
-Coconut Milk Gentle Make-Up Remover - Fresh Rose, 100ml
-Rejuvenating Under Eye Therapy - Bitter Orange & Lemon, 100ml
-Cinnamon Turmeric Botanical Soap Bar
-Lemon Grass Botanical Soap Bar

As a general remark I want to say that I really like the way the labels are designed, the products look really pretty and the sturdy plastic bottles are a great pick. The 100ml sizes are generous and last a long time. I used the items now for about a month and still have enough to last me for many more months.

-Hand & Nail Treatment:
This product is a deeply nourishing handcare oil containing Wheatgerm Oil, Jojoba and Olive Oil.
This is a really rich oil so a few drops are sufficient to give you super soft hands. I massage the oil in well into my hands and nails and then wipe off the remaining oil with a tissue. This way my hands aren´t oily or greasy but just super smooth and look really nourished and healthy.

This has a quite strong smell, hard to describe. I´d say a faint note of rose mixed with exotic spices and a bit of lemon. I really like this scent which also lingers long but I can understand how it could be overpowering for some.
The oil also is fantastic when used overnight with a pair of cotton gloves.

Overall I highly recommend this product if you have really dry hands or just want to have a deeply nourishing treatment to keep them in good shape generally.

-Coconut Milk Gentle Make-Up Remover:
This is a cleansing milk with a thicker creamy texture (think buttermilk) to gently remove makeup and dirt from the face.
This has a very nice light scent, similar to the one in the Hand & Nail Treatment but a little lighter and a bit fresher.

This feels very moisturizing and gentle and didn´t give me any sort of irritations or allergies on my face. This can remove a light layer of makeup but it´s not sufficient to remove my usual war-painted face. It works somewhat when I use a foaming cleanser afterwards but the cleansing power of the Coconut Milk Gentle Make-Up Remover is just not strong enough for me.

However I really enjoy this in the morning as I can give my face a massage with this rich cream and then have super-soft clean skin when I wipe and wash this off.
So overall a nice very gentle face massage/cleansing product but it´s not a makeup remover for heavy duty users like me =)

Check the ingredients list, it only contains 6 ingredients! Among them Coconut Milk, Rice Bran Oil and Olive Oil.

-Rejuvenating Under Eye Therapy:
This item is an eye care oil to use around your eyes in the morning and/or at night. I use it at night as it´s a bit too rich for daytime use right now (but possibly it will be great in winter!). This oil contains only 3 ingredients: Arrowleaf Sida, Coconut Milk and Coconut Oil (and some fragrance oil I suppose).

To me this is the star product of the lot! This oil has a light spicy scent which is very pleasant for me personally. Again this could be too much for some but it´s not a cloying or heavy smell so to me it´s a nice sort of aromatherapy when using this!

The oil is effective in keeping my eye area very soft! In the morning my eye are is very smooth and fine lines caused by dryness get much less visible.
This doesn´t irritate my eyes at all but I am careful not to let it enter my eyes.

The 2 soaps I got are very mild but foam up nicely and leave a soft scent behind. They are nicely wrapped thus they are great little gifts!

Overall I am pretty impressed with this natural and mild skincare line and can recommend the products if you like to use oils and are not overly sensitive to scents.

If you are intersted in Auravedic please go to the website and contact them for availibilty and pricings.

Kanebo Kracie x San-X Rilakkuma & Beauty Lip Essence + Hand Treatment Milk UV

I love the Rilakkuma & Beauty goodies produced by Kracie! It seems to be a bit hard to get hold of them but Alphabeautyuk on eBay sometimes is listing a limited quantity of each item but one must be quick to snatch them!
I got 4 products and will today review the Beauty Lip Essence and the Hand Treatment Milk UV which come in the green/white design (orange & jasmine).

I love the packaging as the green is so fresh and summery and Rilakkuma is of course so cute holding that big daisy!

The Beauty Lip Essence has become a daily staple for me as it offers SPF15 PA++ so it´s a perfect lip protection to carry along with me. It is a slick creamy balm with a glossy finish. It is very comfortable to wear and stays on for a decent amount of time. It is supposedly not flavored or scented but I detect the slightest hint of a orange scent which is very nice in my opinion.
The Lip Essence has a slanted applicator and contains 8g which lasts quite a while.

The Hand Treatment Milk UV is perfect for you if you prefer a hand cream that is absorbed right away. For me it is a bit too lightweight as it dries down pretty much instantly not leaving my hands overly hydrated or moisturized. Since it contains SPF 16 PA++ it offers decent sun protection but it´s just not rich enough for me as a stand-alone hand treatment. (My favorite hand cream with SPF is the Rohto Mentholatum Whitening Hand Veil SPF15 which I must review soon!).
I feel it also has a very light hint of an orange scent but I think this is supposed to be fragrance-free.
The tube contains only 30ml which will be used up rather quickly in my experience.
It is cute and all and I will definitely use this up though!

The Kracie x Rilakkuma Beauty products aren´t cheap but it´s worth splurging on a Beauty Lip Essence in my opinion as it will last long and is just so cute to have this!

Shiseido 10% Urea Cream for Hands & Feet

I found this rather unexciting pot of cream for hands and feet in my favorite eBay shop but somehow was really interested to try this out so I got a 100g pot of this for about US$9.

This is a drugstore item from Shiseido which will usually ensure the quality is good.

This unscented cream comes in a practical pot with a flip-top cover. More convenient than the usual screw-cover pots in my opinion.

The 10% Urea Cream for Hands & Feet itself is really thick and emollient and makes my feet and hands amazingly soft.
When I apply this on my feet at night they are super smooth in the morning. It´s actually a pretty amazing product and well worth its price in my opinion.
Contains 10% Urea, hyaluronic acid and squalene.

Will definitely repurchase. Available also in a 60g squeeze tube.

Somang Beauty Credit Milk Hand Cream & Milk Hand Balm

I think handcare is very important...after all our hands are so active all the time, exposed to the sun etc. it´s important to take good care of them.

I go through handcreams like nobody else. I think I easily use up a tube per week so I get the opportunity to test lots of handcare items within short time actually =)

Recently I found these cute Milk items from Somang Beauty Credit on Sasa so I hauled them as I firstly like everything with milk and 2nd the things were cute and cheap!

I got the Milk Hand Cream and the Milk Hand Balm (which is long gone by now) and am delighted with both, especially with the Hand Balm!

I like the design with that cute fat cow (she looks like she´d have lots of milk!)....and I have a weakness for all kind of beauty products containing milk!
Both hand treatments smell really yummy, a light milky vanilla-baby powder kind of scent.

The Milk Hand Balm comes in a 40ml tub which sounds little at first but actually a little goes a long way so I enjoyed the balm for about 2 weeks before it was gone (with about 2-3x daily use). The Milk Hand Balm is rich and thick and very creamy and makes my skin buttery soft so I decided to order a few more tubs on Sasa!

The Milk Hand Cream comes in a 100ml squeeze tube which is a quite generous size as in my experience most hand creams contain between 50-75ml.
This is lighter than the balm but moisturizing enough for dailiy usage. If you need a deeper care with more lipids I´d recommend the Hand Balm.
All in all this stuff is nice, too!

I ordered both items from Sasa and paid about US$4 for the Milk Hand Balm and US$5 for the Milk Hand Cream.

Kosé Nature & Co Three Butters Lip Balm & Three Butters Hand & Nail Care Balm (+ samples giveaway)

I didn´t know that Kosé made an eco-sort-of brand! I think either I was ignorant or the brand just launched recently =)

In my opinion most Japanese drugstore brands either sport a romantic-princessy (like Rose of Heaven or Shiseido Deluxe), plain-sporty (think the packaging for e.g. Juju products, PDC, Cosmetex) or kawaii image (think Tiffa or Happy Bath Day).
The natural and eco thing is something I didn´t see often so far so I was overly curious to test the Nature & Co line which just caught my eye with their pretty packaging when I found it on eBay (alphabeautyuk as usual). I ordered the Three Butters Lip Balm and the Three Butters Hand & Nail Care Balm along with a bunch of samples (check my sample giveaway at the bottom of the page!) to try out this luring (new?) brand. The seller listed more things, I think that´s pretty much most of the available items so I ordered more to try and review later on!

First off as I said the packaging is really pretty! The bottles and tubes are rather simple but come with cute labels with a vintage French feel (at least that´s the vibe I get). I think Kosé doesn´t claim this range to be all natural but the products contain certifieed eco ingredients which seems to get somewhat popular among Japanese customers in general (at least I read that somewhere).
Now flame me but in general all-natural super eco brands don´t work for me (and we get plenty of German and Austrian ones here!) so I am happy that the Kosé line just contains some good eco stuff and some conventional one which might make the formulas more balanced and pleasant to use in some products (as I personally find the all-eco formulas tend to be heavy or stinky or something) =P Anyway, that´s my opinion!
Price-wise the products are on the affordable side (between around US$6-20 on eBay). The line contains products for the face, body, hands and lips.

Three Butters Lip Balm:

This comes in a small jar and contains 5.8grams. The balm has a milky color and a sticky texture with a whitish glossy finish. It feels just like the Rose of Heaven lip balm from Kosé but without the heavy rose smell but a fresh herbal and slightly floral scent.
To me the balm feels really moisturizing and comfortable to wear but I only use it when I am staying in the house or at night before I sleep due to the milky color. Those who don´t like sticky glosses won´t really enjoy this balm though as it has a slightly sticky feeling thus it lasts pretty long.

All in all in this is a very decent lip balm which I enjoy very much. I might repurchase this as it´s really a great overnight treatment!
I paid US$6.95 for this item on eBay.

Three Butters Hand & Nail Care Balm:

This comes in a tiny 30ml tube (it only looks like aluminium but it´s a plastic squeeze-tube). It carries the same pleasant fresh herbal but also slightly floral scent as the lip balm and is a very rich and emollient cream.
It makes my hands soft and smooth and this feeling lasts for very long time, too!
The only drawback for me is the size as 30ml are used up pretty quickly (about a week for me as I like to use hand cream a few times a day!) however the price (less than US$6) is ok and the Hand & Nail Care Balm is really excellent in my opinion!

All in all I am pretty happy with both products and I am curious for the other things I ordered. This is definitely a nice cost-effective range worth to check out!

I took this description from Alphabeautyuk on eBay:

"Natural Ingredients:

B&C Lemon Hand Cream

And yet another short body care review...

I received this cute lemon shaped pot of hand cream some time ago and just recently got around to using it (when it comes to body and face care I try to use up something before I use something new).

The Lemon Hand Cream from B&C smells like lemons but with a slight sour and bitter note (more like a grapefruit to me). Not my favorite kind of scent but not bad either.
It´s a thick and moisturizing cream and makes my hands really soft and smooth.
The 30g jar cost me about US$7 but it didn´t last me longer than a week or so as I used the cream daily. My kids directly stole the empty jar to play with =)

All in all a nice hand cream but my current favorite is the one from Juju Aquamoist!

Kracie X San-X: Rilakkuma & Beauty Hand Cream Citrus Rose

Now everyone shout: "Awwwwwwwwwwww" and "Cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute"! A Rilakkuma beauty product! How sweet!

I found this *tiny* jar of hand cream on eBay (yep, you guessed it: Alphabeatyuk, my favorite eBay crack dealer!) and purchased it within 5 seconds after even spotting the auction haha!
San-X and Kracie decided to work together and whip up a small series of adorable Rilakkuma skincare goodies! While I love Hello Kittty I can really get everything with her incl. beauty stuff (just go to H&M and look there!) so she´s somehow nothing special anymore (*sobs*) but Rilakkuma is more rare to find!

The Citrus Rose Hand Cream comes in a small jar (16g! That´s rather sample-sized if you ask me!). The cream is rather thick so a little goes a surprisingly long way! The cream has a very light scent, barely detectable at all and makes a nice moisturizer. It also contains honey and shea butter so I really like it!
The jar is definitely refill-worthy and can be tucked neatly into even a small purse!

The collection includes also blotting papers, body lotion and lip cream (I want those!!). I only found the blotting papers and hand cream on eBay though! I hope Alphabeautyuk might eventually bring in the rest of the collection!
