One of my newest acquisitions is VOV's Rose Lady Pact. I just thought the name sounded cute and the fact that it comes in a color lighter than #21 made it even more attractive for me.
The Rose Lady Pact comes in a cute sturdy off-white compact with blossoms printed on. The compact has a clear plastic cover to rest the puff on. Many Korean brands do this and I think it's really a great idea.

I chose the powder in #20 which is a very pale rather neutral color. It works perfectly for my skin and gives a pretty soft finish without any shimmer or glitter.
The coverage of the Rose Lady Pact isn't very strong so I use this when I wear foundation/medium-coverage BB Cream and concealer as I prefer to have a rather flawless finish.
I was afraid that the powder would carry a super strong rose scent but the scent is quite subtle and pleasant, no overkill like Anna Sui's rose fragrance (which gives me the most painful headaches).

I paid 8800 Won (about US$7 or so?) which is very affordable in my opinion.
I've seen this run on Gmarket between 6500-10000 Won so a bit of comparing is viable.
The other colors available are #13 (pale lavender color), #21, #23 and #25 so I think it will suit most skin-tones from very fair to medium tan.
