I have found 3 super volumizing mascaras (and lots of other great voluminizing ones) from Korean brands so far. The first is Etude House's Oh M'Eye Lash Mascara which I already reviewed here.
The 2 other ones are from VOV Castledew and Etude House.
I have fairly long lashes so I prefer volumizing mascaras over lengthening ones. I just love the more dramatic result and generally fiber-free formulas. Lengthening mascaras just don't do much for me generally.
Both mascaras are super volumizing. The main difference is the brush.
The Etude House Black x Black mascara has a huge fat brush. I am not a fan of those brushes in general but I can handle the Black x Black Mascara pretty well.
The Castledew Setting Mascara comes in nearly the same tube like T'estimo's Attractappeal mascara. The brush is straight and not very full so it's easier to reach the roots of the lashes.
Both mascaras hold the curl perfectly and give me super full dramatic lashes.
I am very pleased with both mascaras and would recommend them if you want lush thick lashes.
Both mascaras remove easily with a bit of eye makeup remover and/or cleansing oil.
I believe I paid about 8000 Won for the Etude House mascara and below 7000 for VOV's so both are on the inexpensive side.

Have you tried a korean mascara that's waterproof? Or are the only ones available washable?
Yes, please check my review of the ETude House 3Proof Mascara. I think it´s the only waterproof Korean mascara I tried so far
what number is the castledew volumizing mascara?
Same question, what number is your Castledew mascara?
#1 lash setting? #2 volume setting?
