VOV Glow Lip Rouge

I got the VOV Glow Lip Rouge a month or so ago but somehow forgot to post about it. This comes with the same cute flower print on the package like VOV's Aura Shimmer Blushes so I couldn't resist picking this up in #5 which looked like a pretty natural rosy beige color.


The Glow Lip Rouge (at least the color I got) is extremely pigmented so it's like a liquid lipstick. It offers medium-opaque coverage with a nice smooth glossy finish. It carries a quite strong perfume which bugs me personally (as it's a heavy floral scent).

The finish is a bit streaky so it's vital for me to smooth the color out with my fingers or it will look odd.
The color I got (#5) looks like a perfect beige red in the tube but develops an orange cast when I wear it. It's still a pretty color but the whole Glow Lip Rouge thing is just mediocre and not a must-buy.
